Lower Saxony is called Lower Saxony because it is located in the northern part of Germany and historically was part of the region known as Saxony. The name "Lower" distinguishes it from the neighboring region of Upper Saxony, which is located further south. The term "Saxony" itself comes from the Saxons, a Germanic tribe that inhabited the area during the early Middle Ages. Therefore, Lower Saxony is named after its historical and geographical connection to the region of Saxony. **

Religion has a lower significance in modern society for several reasons. One factor is the rise of secularism and the emphasis on science and reason in explaining the world around us. Additionally, as societies become more diverse and multicultural, people are exposed to a wider range of beliefs and may be less inclined to adhere strictly to one religion. Furthermore, the influence of technology and globalization has led to a more interconnected world where traditional religious beliefs may not always align with modern values and lifestyles. **

Butterflies belong to the order Lepidoptera, which also includes moths. Within the order Lepidoptera, butterflies are classified under the suborder Rhopalocera. Further classifications include the superfamily Papilionoidea, which includes true butterflies, and the family Nymphalidae, which is one of the largest families of butterflies. Finally, butterflies are divided into various genera and species based on their physical characteristics and behaviors. **

Frogs belong to the class Amphibia, which is further divided into three orders: Anura (frogs and toads), Caudata (salamanders and newts), and Gymnophiona (caecilians). Within the order Anura, frogs are classified into various families, genera, and species based on their physical characteristics and genetic relationships. This hierarchical classification system helps scientists organize and study the diverse range of frog species found around the world. **

The lower classifications of oak trees include the red oak, white oak, black oak, and many other species. These classifications are based on the specific characteristics of the trees, such as leaf shape, acorn size, and bark texture. Each classification has its own unique features and habitat preferences, making them important to the diversity of oak trees in different ecosystems. Understanding these lower classifications helps in identifying and conserving the different species of oak trees. **

Turtles belong to the class Reptilia and the order Testudines. Within the order Testudines, there are several families, including Cheloniidae (sea turtles) and Emydidae (pond turtles). These families are further divided into genera and species, such as the loggerhead sea turtle (Caretta caretta) and the painted turtle (Chrysemys picta). Each species has its own unique characteristics and habitat preferences. **

The lower classifications of rats include the genus Rattus, which is further divided into various species such as Rattus norvegicus (Norway rat) and Rattus rattus (black rat). These species are then further classified into subspecies based on specific characteristics and geographic locations. The lower classifications help scientists and researchers understand the diversity and distribution of rats, as well as their evolutionary relationships. **

Sage lower classifications refer to the specific categories or subgroups within the broader classification of the plant genus Salvia, commonly known as sage. These lower classifications may include species, varieties, or cultivars that have distinct characteristics and are grouped together based on their genetic and morphological similarities. By organizing sage plants into lower classifications, it becomes easier for botanists and horticulturists to study, categorize, and understand the diversity within the genus Salvia. **
